[Cape Canaveral, July 24th, 2011, © RKE, English below] - As usual, I can not forget to mention the press review on the occasion of the landing of Atlantis. « Mission accomplished. Home for good », entitle Florida Today as in its edition of Friday, July 22. By devoting a book of ten pages, the newspaper published two-page ads : that of United Space Alliance (USA) (which publishes a full page photo of Atlantis take off with the headline : continued exploration) and the Lockheed Martin (which abounds in the same direction with a view to Atlantis in space).
More modest in its parution, Orlando Sentinel talks about the shuttle with a title more evocative and lyrical, « Shuttle’s Swan Song ». With only half a page on the subject, the paper discusses the end of an era. No more.
